Our team
Haden Ward
Haden has 15 years’ experience as an Electrician and Security Installer and has developed an extensive knowledge for all aspects of electrical and security sector. Haden has mine site experience with BHP, Rio Tinto and Newcrest. He has gained vast experience working on large commercial projects such as prisons, casinos, hotels and government installations. Haden has shown distinction in all areas of projects including; pre planning, installation, testing, programming, commissioning and handover to the client. He is a leader we all look up to.
Brendon Ward
Having completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Business Administration from the University of Newcastle and a qualified Security Technician, Brendon has worked with Award ESS for the past 5 years. He has experience in commercial prisons, defence/government based projects and commercial construction in WA. He has managed the installation of GPON projects within WA over the past 18 months and hopes to assist in the expansion of fibre optic utilisation within WA.
Geoff Ward
Geoff has 40+ years’ experience working in the security and electrical industry in commercial, government and the private sector. Geoff Ward mentors the team in all aspects of the projects. He also has extensive experience with prisons and high level defence security. Experience like his is highly sought after and we are all grateful to have such a well experienced mentor backing our family team.
Kyle Ward
Kyle has 10 years experience in the electrical and security industry in WA, NSW and NT. He specialises in air-conditioning, security and electrical installations both in the commercial and domestic sector. He has also shown extreme excellence and professionalism with his extensive experience in correctional facilities and Australian Defence projects around much of Australia.
Chris Ward
The newest addition to the Award ESS team, Chris started 3 years ago and has a fondness for working with the latest in high level security technology. He shows promise for big opportunities with his quick understanding of technical knowledge and has the ability to problem solve quickly. With his brothers backing him he hopes to fulfil a network security engineer type role to assist the company in providing even more options to our clients.
